Fix the weights in Barbell.  Starting position: Stand next to a barbell with feet shoulder apart, bent over and grip the barbell. Keep your shoulder strong, back straight, neck extended, keep eyes straight, hip and knee ready for loading.  Procedure: Step 1: Lift the barbell slowly by extending the knee and hip. Keep your back straight. Step 2: Slowly bring the barbell back to the starting position.  Step 3: Follow Step 1 and 2.  Sets: 10-15 Repetition: 3-4 Increase repetition, weight and hold time as it becomes easy for you eventually.  Benefits of the exercise:  This exercise targets various back muscles. This exercise helps instability in core stability.  Note - Do not start this exercise with heavyweight, progress slowly. Concentrate on your body movements and muscles while performing the exercise.
